Equine Mortality

BMG’s Mortality policies provide coverage’s for a wide range of different equine uses and breeds. Our standard policies include superior additional benefits at no additional premium, as follows:

Emergency Colic Surgery Extension: Automatic endorsement is also provided for colic surgery up to $3500 any one horse.

12 Month Extension Clause: This extension provides mortality coverage a further 12 month extension after expiry for any condition that occurs and is reported during the policy period.

Limited Theft: This extension provides cover for theft, malicious castration or spaying after theft or humane destruction following theft.

Coverage can be bound from “Fall of Hammer” at public sale or upon production of a statement of health or veterinary certificate.
